We provide unsecured working capital to businesses of all calibers all across the United States. We are looking for sales reps to come in and relentlessly bang the phones. Your job will be reaching out to business owners to see if they have any need for capital within their current operations.

This is a COMMISSION-ONLY position that requires commitment, consistency and a strong hunger for financial success. You will be and independent contractor (1099) and therefore will need to treat this job like it is your own business. Individuals with a drive for entrepreneurship and individual success will do extremely well in this office.

Characteristics We Are Looking For in Our Sales Reps:

- Phone Sales: While sales experience of all kind is desired, this is a cold-calling position and 95% of your days will be spent on the phones reaching out to business owners, so some experience with phone sales, more specifically cold-calling, is a plus.

- Confident & Consistent: All reps MUST be able to confidently articulate information over the phones on a consistent basis. If you are the type that does not like to repetitively pick up the phone and dial, then this isn't the right fit for you. Cold-calling is a contact sport, the more contact you make, the more successful you will be.

- Immense Desire for Success/Competitive: This is an EXTREMELY competitive industry and we are looking for individuals who want to set themselves apart from the rest; this requires going above and beyond the basic requirements that are asked of you to be successful.

Highland Hill provides an on-going training environment, however your first couple of days in the office will be heavily focused around training you on the product, the office processes & flows, as well as exactly how we go about selling MCA's.
